Low-power PoE solution with power control

I’m looking to connect a modem (one ethernet connection) to one or two devices (no power needed) and to two cameras (PoE+) in a solar-powered application. I would like the ability to turn off the PoE, preferably leaving the switch’s functionality uneffected for any device that doesn’t require PoE. I have a data logger that could provide a low-current signal (5 V or 12 V) to control it. I figured I could find a PoE switch that has a 5 V input that turns either just the PoE or the whole switch off and on, but I can’t seem to find one. Any ideas?
Preferred:
*very low power consumption
*-40 degrees
*DIN-mountable
*PoE+
*4 port
*would like to power it off of 12 V, but could use 24 V if needed

I too am not seeing an option that would work with the 5v signal
I found a NGI-S05C2POE4 that would let you manage the devices connected to it.
It is powered off 24-57v though.

A similar option 1953-1035-ND that can handle the -40degree temp value.
