Hi,

What thus the suffix “C” means? Is it size of the reel? I can’t find the details on the TDS.

Thank you for your inquiry and welcome to the community!

There is no easy answer for this one. They’re different parts with separate datasheets.

The most significant factor being the -C variant is a low power ‘always on’ feature. Without the -C the datasheet is 12 pages shorter. The best I can say is they’re more alike than different, but you’d have to compare the datasheets side by side.
