Sensor-Matched Magnet products are magnets that are specifically indicated for use with one or more magnetic sensor products, and which often incorporate some sort of overmolding or packaging to facilitate mechanical mounting in an end application. Though most magnet-based sensor systems can be used with any magnet having suitable characteristics, availability of matched magnets allows sensor manufacturers to describe the behavior of their products in terms of a magnet of known characteristics.

For Use With/Related Products: Defines other part types, numbers, or series with which this product is designed to be used.
Housing Material: Indicates the material composition of the hosing of the device.
Material - Magnet: Indicates the material composition of the magnet.
Package/Case: Indicates the type of protective case used on an electronic component to allow easy handling, installation, and protection. This selection was determined to be the closest industry standard applicable to the suppliers device packaging. Typically it is best to check the actual dimensions from the datasheet rather than depend on this terminology when designing your circuit.
Size: The physical dimensions of the magnet. Typically diameter and length, or length, width, and height.
Operating Temperature: Recommended operating temperature, typically given in a range or as a maximum. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and other system components.
