Unfortunately we do not have anything in stock with the same size footprint. 19mm x 19mm.
The only in stock option would be 17mm x 17mm. Here is a link to the part numbers.
As long as the circuit board manufacturer used the recommended footprint for the MAL226099105E3, replacing with a bit smaller one should not be a problem, as the recommended space between the two leads under the package is 4.7mm and the space between the leads of the smaller UBC1H471MNS1MS is 6.3mm.
