Good morning. We bought 4 of Estop Switch 1.15.213.001/0000
and they do not have the black ring nut pictured on the website. Are those purchased separately? 1.15.213.001/0000 RAFI USA | Switches | DigiKey

Thank you for contacting DigiKey , This switch should have come with the nut as the data sheet does not show a part number for the nut , Please contact customer service to get this resolved 1-800-344-4539 and ask for customer service please have your sales order number when you call.

Thanks Craig, Is it possible to just order the nut and if so do you have a part number to reference? I’m thinking it might be quicker to do that than process an RMA.

Sorry we do not have just the nut for this , customer service should be able to help you get the parts you should have got with this switch without you having to do an
RMA
