I want the plug and not the connector that connects to a circuit board. I use these to connect to a NEMA 23 motors

It looks like Molex really only makes circuit board mounted header connectors that connect to these plugs. The mates we carry for these are all board mounted. I’d recommend switching over to a different series if you need them to be a wire to wire connection instead of wire to board.
The COMBICON terminal plugs look like a decent match in terms of size and function:
3 position: 277-14187-ND with 277-11022-ND as the mating connector
2 position: 277-14186-ND with 277-11021-ND as the mating connector
Hello again, thanks for the update and my apologies for the delay. It seems this reply got past me somehow. The issue at hand is that Molex does not, to my knowledge make a matching receptacle to these connectors other than the board-mounted headers.
If I had to guess, I’d say that the version of these that you have in your photo are OEM or aftermarket customizations, they look like two separate connectors that have been attached after the fact. You often see that kind of custom work with header connectors. In my opinion the solution would be to switch over to the Phoenix Contact ones, or try to find the source for the custom connectors.
