Mosfet equivalent/substitute ASAP

I’m in need of a replacement mosfet. The original is a 2SK2313 and it calls for a alternative part of NTE2920.

From what I’ve found there are a couple mosfets that should work. I’m just not 100% positive.

IRFP048PBF-ND - Seems to be the best replacement

IRFP054NPBF-ND - Also seem like a good substitute

IRFP064NPBF-ND - Also seems like a good substitute

If somebody could confirm if these choices would work I would greatly appreciate it

In this case I would suggest going with our number IRFP048PBF-ND as it seems to match most of the ratings of the original part the closest.
