I assume you mean the SUINT1500LCD2U from Eaton. I could not find SUINT1500LCD22U.
We have the data sheet for SUINT1500LCD2U but it does not contain MTBF information.
There is no information on Mean Time Between Failure for this product on any other documents we have available or that Eaton shows on their website.

Would I be able to obtain this information?
One would have to acquire it from the manufacturer Eaton, if they have it listed in their internal records somewhere.
