Hi,
Im looking to identify a terminal that is in a wiring loom in my headlights that need rewiring. I thought I had found it as a molex 0503948054
However, I believe the wire it is crimped to is 18 gauge (casing OD of 1.88mm). I have looked at the data sheet of the molex above and its dimensions do not matchup.
Is there a larger version of this connector or another manufacturer? The terminal I have has “SH” or “HS” (dependent on orientation) stamped into it.
Any help would be appreciated.

We used to carry the now obsolete Molex 68147-0215 socket for W5W wedge bulbs and the contact for that would be the 35477-9002.
I don’t believe we currently carry anything comparable, but perhaps you can use those part numbers to search elsewhere.
Alternatively, one might consider replacing with a socket with wires already attached and just splice it in. Perhaps search Google for something like “w5w t10 194 side light bulb socket”.
