Am I correct in reading that the FPC connector on this display has a pitch of 0.7mm? If that’s the case how do I find the right connector. I don’t think that pitch exists anywhere. Thanks. Im trying to do a cool DIY project where I make a modern pager.

Looking at the datasheet, you are correct part number MDT0096A2IS-SPI 13 pin cable with a 0.7mm pitch.
I did not find a connector for part number MDT0096A2IS-SPI and look at part number MDIB-CC1 which is a listed associated part. It looks like part number MDT0096A2IS-SPI maybe soldered to a PCB board.
