While DigiKey does offer over 10,000 Grayhill rotary switches, this appears to be a custom design.
Unfortunately, I can’t find the individual components let alone the entire assembly. For example, the switch elements are PCB mounted. The related switch elements in DigiKey stock feature solder tab connections.
Since Ferrari-certified components are not an option, may I recommend searching for a used component from a scrapyard.
