The main dimension for finding an alternate part, would be the pitch, or pin spacing.
Can you provide the Center-to-Center measurement? With this size of connector, it should be close to 10mm, but clarification would help with finding the options.

That is the outside to outside of the pin, and not Center-to-Center.

Be sure to check the datasheets, to find ones with 2 pins per wire.
The single pins would work also, but will not be as sturdy on the board.
