This component is behind a USB-C port on an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14-ea1023dx (4X5C8UA) only identifier is Z6.
I am sorry to say that Z6 is not enough detail to be able to narrow the item down.
We would need data on who manufactured that item and maybe dimensions and the type of item it would be.
I believe it is a zener diode, without other markings or specifications we wouldn’t be able to narrow it down any further. Can you measure the dimensions as this could narrow down the options.
There are a lot of zener diodes from many manufacturers with that marking as seen here: The SMD components marking codes database - Starting with ‘Z6’. We do carry or used to carry some of the parts listed, if you look up the most similar ones from that list on DigiKey and review the datasheets you may be able to narrow it down or at least find a cross that might work.
For example we have CZRU52C3V6 from Comchip Technology which has a Z6 marking, but there isn’t a way to know if the other specifications match.
Hello 21eshep21,
I believe Adam7 is correct. The marking will be read, with the polarity bar on the left, so the marking should be 9Z.
The matching item that DigiKey has in stock, that you can buy single pieces, is part number 1727-MMBZ33VZ-LSYLCT-ND.
