SMD code on this SOT-25 is L311 . This is located on an ESC (electronic speed controller) for a brushless motor. Not entirely sure it’s a standard LDO/regulator as it has 2 outputs of different values.

I am sorry to say that I am not able to verify the specification of that device.
The marking L311 in this case may not be a device callout but possibly a date or lot code.
