I am trying to find a product that can scale an input voltage of 0-5VDC to 0-10VDC (so multiply by 2). I am thinking an OPAMP may be able to do this? I don’t have experience with these so am hoping someone can help me specify one. I need the supply voltage to the amplifier to be 24VDC.

Depending on how close to 0V it has to go, and how much current it needs to deliver, a simple single supply Op Amp circuit may be able to do this. If you need to go lower than about 0.4V and/or need to deliver more than a few mA’s of current it can get complicated and/or expensive.
