This is for an Arjo Medical Shower Chair. It goes on ARJO 6370462 Circuit Board.
I need to know if there is a direct replacement for these

VNB2DN07 is not a recognized part number. VNB20N07 however is an obsolete product for which the BTS141TCBUMA1 is one potential alternative that may or may not be a suitable replacement; there’s no way of knowing from this vantage point.
STTH802 appears to be a reference to a small family of diodes/diode arrays which are still being sold.
