Replacement for a Diode? U20A6CC

Hi,
I am looking for a replacement for a Diode number U20A6CC and under that is the number K823. This is for a Samsung Power Board BNN4400874C and has the code DP801CS at that position on the board. Any help would be appreciated.

It’s in the middle to the right of the two missing Mosfets.

It is not MOSFET.
