Without a schematic, we will not be able to identify the capacitor and resistors that have come loose. The resistor could be measured once it have been properly de-soldered from the board.

I understand that) but they are both completely destroyed, so it won’t be possible to measure. And I could only find schematic for 1080Ti aorus but they are different. so, thats why im here 
Yeah, unfortunately there’s no way to ID a failed chip capacitor or resistor without either a schematic with values listed or associated bill of materials, or identifying markings on the components themselves.
Your only shot would be to get a hold of a schematic or find another board on which those parts are still good and can be measured.
We don’t have access to schematics for consumer products so we are not able to identify which resistor and capacitor values are needed for each location.
