I am a beginner in electronics. I recently purchased 3 Toshiba TB67H400ANG motor drivers for a project. I didn’t realize that there is a difference between DIP and SDIP. Is there any source of SDIP sockets or SDIP to DIP adapters?
Hello,
I looked into our inventory and really did not find a perfect option. We do have adapters in this DIP package and I have the most similar ones on the link below.

Thank you

SDIP is narrower than standard DIP, so regular DIP sockets usually won’t fit correctly. Unfortunately, SDIP sockets are hard to find. Your best bet is either soldering it directly or using a small SDIP-to-DIP adapter board for prototyping.
