Hello DigiKey Team,

I’d like to order a factory-programmed SiTime oscillator with the following specifications:

• Device family : SiT8008B (low-power MEMS XO)

• Output frequency : 86.850 000 MHz

• Output format : LVCMOS

• Supply voltage : 3.3 V

• Frequency stability (inclusive) : ±25 ppm, –40 °C to +85 °C (Industrial)

• Package : 2.5 mm × 2.0 mm (6-pin DFN, “21” load code OK)

• Quantity : 5 pcs (MOQ 1 is fine; any multiple acceptable)

Could you please create a custom DigiKey part number and provide the ordering link or quotation?

If a different suffix is required for the specified options, that is perfectly fine. If this request lacks any needed detail, I’d be happy to clarify or revise it.

I believe we may be able to generate a DigiKey part number for you, however prior to checking with our programming team I do need to verify the packaging. Your package choice is 2.5mm x 2.0mm, however you do say that the “21” load code is okay. The 21 does denote the 3.2mm x 2.5mm packaging - if you require the 2.5mm x 2.0mm that would be an “11”.

Once you confirm your preference, we’ll get the request moving on our side.

I confirm that the 21 load code (3.2 mm × 2.5 mm package) is perfectly fine for my application.
