NMB’s BDC Motors offer three contact types for motor connections, as per the below series -
M1N10, PAN14 & PWN10V Series all offer Internal Type
MDN2 & MDN3 Series all offer Leadwire Type
MXN12, MXN13, PKN12, PKN7, PNN13, PNN7, PPN13 & PPN7 Series all offer Terminal Type

For the internal type, the two terminals are embedded into the motor housing. They are designed to be used in production. Typically these motors would be mated to a custom plastic housing that the customer would make to support the motor and provide the electrical connection.
For example, if you want to use the PAN14EE12AA1 motor but don’t have any idea for creating the custom housing design required, we recommend using PAN14EE12MD instead. PAN14EE12MD comes with leads.
