Old capacitor identification

I’m currently working on an old pinball machine and was hoping someone could help me decifer the following capacitor.
If I read this correctly do I have a 10mF 200v capacitor?

Thank you for posting on our TechForum. Would you be able to provide an image of that capacitor. That may help us to identify it and possibly find an alternative to it if we don’t have it.
