Hola buen día, hace unas semanas compre 2 sensores OM-CP-HITEMP140, me dijeron en el área de spanish support que era muy sencillo descargar la información una vez terminado el proceso a un Excel y de es manera ya podía yo hacer una análisis de la información. pero los sensores no traen ni un cable o algo para poderlo conectar y descargar la información, por lo que mi pregunta es: necesito algún otro accesorio para descargar la informacion??? gracias!!

Buen día, llevo 2 meses usando los sensores, y desde la semana pasada no me deja descargar la información mediante el data logger, pongo el sensor en la estacion de acoplamiento y no las reconoce, que procede??
Is there a troubleshooting section in the manual that was included with the docking station, that would be a good place to start. Have you changed anything in the last week that is different from the past two months ?
Nothing has changed. I replaced the batteries thinking that might be the problem, but it still won’t read the sensors.
Have you tried cleaning the gold contact rings on the logger and the pins inside the dock using a Q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol, then let them dry completely?
