I believe that part is the NCP1014ST100T3, which is now obsolete. You can still order this part via our Marketplace here. Unfortunately, the minimum order quantity is 400 pieces.
It does look like the NCP1075STBT3G is a very similar part, but I cannot determine if it could be used as a replacement without modifying other portions of the circuit.
