Ordering correct components to Re-cap PS. AMP BOARD on '93 Roland Kr-350e keyboard

I have 17 electrolytic capacitors to replace. 12 of which are polarized (DC?) The the other 5 are Non-Polarized (AC?) All are rated at 85°C one post I read says to try upgrading to 105°C. Advisable? Necessary? Or most likely, optional. Should I list all 17 and see what that would come to after tax? Also I assume that part numbers called our on unbranded capacitors are fairly useless. This particular board was made by Roland of Europe and built in Italy. They do make use of a few ELNA caps. Would appreciate a bit of guidance from here please.
Thank you.
