Voltage supplied crystal oscillato, does someone knew the model/supplier?

I’m not familiar with these markings, or the company symbol. Maybe someone else may have some knowledge on the origin of this part. Do you have any further information like the size or frequency, or pad layout?

I’ve been unable to resolve the logo.
Best guess is that this is a 45 MHz oscillator based on the 45.0 marking. There may be a solution in this category:

@chengguozhang127 would need to select the appropriate package.

it’s 2520 package, 3.3v active power input, base on the mark maybe 45mhz, but it is broken so i cannot measure it
