Cannot confirm, but this may be Vishay’s (Siliconix) product.
They do not provide marking info though.

When I searched SS71, that is the only one I found also, SISS71DN-T1-GE3CT-ND.
The datasheet says: For related documents such as package/tape drawings, part marking, and
reliability data, see SiSS71DN MOSFETs | Vishay.
