What would be this component? I found some data sheet saying it a pnp transistor because it has the mark as 2L, but what is the T rotate 90 degrees? Which brand add that letter on vertical?

Agree with you on the PNP. I was thinking on a few marking 2L datasheets that I found and all point to be PNP as you mentioned. I’m wondering which brand has the 2L and the additional letter rotate 90 degrees. All that I found don’t have the letter rotate 90 degrees. Found some on OnSemi that have the additional letter, but is not rotated.
