I’m having a hard time identifying this SMD capacitor.>
I’m guessing its 100UF, 35V? The dimensions are so small though. The width is 6mm, length of just the cap with no base is 7mm

Yes, I think you are correct about those part markings, based on a few different manufacturer datasheets I pulled up.
I was able to find a 100uF 35V SMD capacitor with similar dimensions if you would like to give it a look.
