Part L6599AFD shows stock, but I can’t order it

Hi everyone,

I added part L6599AFD to my list earlier — it said there were 486 in stock. But when I went back to order it, it now says “0 in stock” and “Unable to be ordered.”

Has this happened to anyone else? Is the website just slow to update, or is something broken?

I got this feedback for possible fixes for your problem:

  • Has the customer cleared their entire cookies/cache, closed all browsers and try again?
  • What browser are they using? Have they tried different browsers?
  • Another work around they could try is to add it manually on the cart screen.

I’ve already tried the following:

  • Cleared cache and cookies completely.

  • Tested across three different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge

Unfortunately, the issue persists in all of them. Will try to add it manualy.

I was able to get it working by manually adding the item to the cart on the cart page (as suggested). This workaround resolved the problem for now.
