I have a 3D printer and fan stopped working so bought a new fan but I need to add a connector. This is item I need to replace.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your post.
For an inquiry like this it is hard to suggest a connector based on just a terminal.
I would suggest going to this link for “fan cords” and see if there is one suitable for your application.
Here are a couple additional photos. Using the numbers on the connector body I was directed to the following link Rectangular Connector Contacts | Rectangular Connectors | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey. I will replace the entire connector if needed.

The difficult part with those connectors is finding the right pitch or pin spacing. Most of the time they are around0.1 inch pin spacing, but not always.
Based on the 2695 marking on the body of the connector I believe that is from Molex in their KK254,2695 series.
