I am trying to find replacement capacitors for this blown crossover
There are three capasitors and a 1/4 mono input jack that need replacing .
Any help See listed items and photos
Yellow capacitor # MKT69 .22 FK 100 V
Ceramic cap # 5W 100 RJ
Grey cap # 5W47RJ
4 contact 1/4 input jack mono

Welcome to the TechFourm, the link below is the 1/4 input jacks you will need to check the datasheet to see if one has the footprint for your board. Also, part 2870-MKP1839422164-ND - CAP FILM 0.22UF 5% 160VDC AXIAL.

There is a high likelyhood your grey and ceramic parts are resistors.
5W is for 5 Watts. 100R for 100 Ohms and J would be tolerance, looks like 5%.

The other would be 5Watt 47Ohms 5% tolerance I believe.
