PCB Builder not detecting 4 layer board

Hello,

I have a four layer board that I am trying to import into the pcb builder from KiCAD. It is a 4 layer board but the pcb builder has the inner 2 layers grayed out on import and even when assigning them as an inner layer on the import settings they don’t appear in the final design. How do I fix this?
