Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor

Hi everyone,

So I want to design a pressure sensor that will output a force when pressure is applied to the fabric using Knit Conductive Fabric. I was wondering if the product itself would change its resistance like with Velostat or other piezoresistive materials when pressure is applied or if there were any other products on the website that would be applicable to my needs. I have already tried using Velostat, but the issue that I ran into when using it that was it was not flexible enough to wrap around the ball that I wanted to apply forces to.

I think it’s better to ask the adafruit admins because the datasheet does not contain much info.

The wearables section of the Adafruit forum may have existing threads about using this fabric. If not that would be a good place to ask about applications of the fabric.
