Received rocker switch. Has four wires (red, black, green, white) but no pinout in documentation. I’m assuming red 5v, black gnd, green signal, white redundant signal but am not getting anything on my microcontroller in the analog or hall effect slot. A pinout would be much appreciated.
Thank you for contacting DigiKey. The wiring diagram is listed below per datasheet. If this wiring still doesn’t work for you, we will contact our product manager.
It did not work. There’s also a discrepancy, the switch I received was just coloured wires, black, red, green, white. I used the common nomenclature and it did not work. I would like to return the switch and be issued a refund. This is over two weeks now.
Our product manager has been contacted regarding the wiring diagram and we will notify this thread what we find out. Regarding customer returns, please use our returns link.
Our product manager confirmed the wiring per datasheet is correct and is not your standard wire coloring. It’s possible the unit can be damaged if wired incorrectly, which may explain why it did not work after wiring it according to the datasheet.
