I’m looking for help identifying a rectangular power connector used for the power connector for an air compressor for 4WD vehicles. It uses round terminals (pins in sockets). Here are some photos of the connector I need (it has pins in it):
Thanks, heke! It does look similar to that one. The connector is at home, and I’m at work, so I can’t measure it right now. However, just scaling it in the picture I posted, using my thumb as a reference, I’m pretty sure it’s bigger than .244". I’ll post some measurements when I get a chance, but I may not be able to do so until later this week due to work commitments.
Hello @sab
When you have a chance to measure the pitch I would suggest filtering in the Rectangular Housing category by the pitch, number of positions, natural nylon color, plug style connector, free hanging and a locking ramp. Example list when filtering.
Thank you, heke! I believe that is the correct connector. It’s odd that it’s obsolete, though, because it’s used on an accessory air compressor that is still being sold. At least I now have the manufacturer and part number! Thanks, again.
