What are the dimensions of the body, and is there a circuit board designation number for it?
Also, do you have any information about the part?
The logo is for Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation.
Probably a TVS. The NP mark is common for 70V working voltage (Reverse Standoff Voltage). However, it is a typical marking for unipolar type, which usually would have a line on one end of the package to indicate polarity - I don’t see that on this part, but maybe it is because of the angle?
Dimensions would help narrow down the specific part.
