PNP RF Transistor Variants to MPSH81

MPSH81 and MMBTH81 seem to be from identical fab processes and are both end-of-life. Can anyone suggest a close available replacement to these that you’re familiar with?

Hi AnalogEE,

I was not able to find a good alternative for the MPSH81, but the MMBTH81 is still active and readily available, so no sub is needed for the surface mount version of this part.

Thanks. The tricky part is that we use the die version of MMBTH81 and our supplier indicated to us that it is EOL.

The die version may still be available, too. Our part number MPSH81-DIE-ND is listed as “Active”. We might be able to special order it, if you are interested.
