Dear Sales Team,
My name is William, a Marine Engineering undergraduate student currently working on a research project related to exhaust gas emission measurement. I am interested in your %vol CO₂ sensor product, specifically the model (SprintIR®-W 100% CO2 Sensor)
I would like to ask a few questions:
-
Is this sensor compatible with the ESP32 microcontroller, particularly using a UART interface (RX/TX pins)?
-
Do you provide a datasheet or technical manual that explains the communication protocol (baud rate, command set, data format) so that I can integrate it with a microcontroller?
-
Can you ship this product to Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia?
-
If yes, what is the estimated delivery time to Surabaya after payment (including lead time and shipping time)?
-
Could you please provide a quotation (price per unit), minimum order quantity (MOQ), and available shipping options?
For your information, the sensor will be used to measure CO₂ concentration in diesel forklift exhaust gas, with expected concentrations up to around 20% by volume.
Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your reply.
I’m going to challenge you to a little reading/research.
The information you seek is located on our webpages for these products under Documents & Media > Datasheet.
Your first question is answered on the ESP32 microcontroller datasheet under Peripheral Interfaces
Your second question is answered on the SprintIR®‐W datasheet under Method of Operation.
After you’ve studied those and you have any questions please let us know.
The rest of your questions about shipping logistics can be directed to Global Sales:
Thank you for your previous explanation and for directing me to the datasheets.
I have one additional question regarding the hardware that will be supplied:
For the SprintIR®‑W (0–20% CO₂) that I am inquiring about, will the item be delivered as a complete module with an interface/evaluation board, or is it only the bare CO₂ sensor without any additional board?
I am planning to connect the sensor to an ESP32 via UART (TX/RX), so I would like to confirm whether I need to design my own interface board or if an evaluation/interface board is already included in the package.
Thank you again for your assistance, and I look forward to your reply.
SPRINTIR-WF-20 isn’t an evaluation board, it’s a sensor with a circuit board that includes circuitry to do communications and a male pin header connector to use to connect to a microcontroller and power source.
Regarding how you wire it up that depends upon the ESP32 development board you choose.
Thank you very much for the clarification and for the pin‑out description. That answers my questions about the hardware and how to interface it with an ESP32. I would now like to move on to the shipping details.
