You have not specified what varistor voltage you require, but all of the parts in the attached link will meet or exceed your requested specifications. You’ll need to figure out what voltage you need based on your application voltage in order to narrow down the list.
I would recommend you determine what your typical and maximum possible “normal” AC or DC voltage you expect this device to “see” and then select a part with slightly higher ratings so that it does not begin to conduct unintentionally.
For instance, if it will be placed in a nominally 220Vac circuit, you would probably want to select a part rated for a maximum operating voltage of around 250Vac. Looking through the list of parts in the link I provided, the B72225S4251K101 and V25S250P seem to meet the minimum requirements you specified. Other parts in that link would further exceed your requirements, at the expense of larger or more unusual packages.
