My aplication is to control a DC 12V solenoid with a top amp draw of 1.3A
I’ll be using an Arduino as the controller.

If I’m understanding right this is opto isulated?

What is the On voltage? What is this labled as in the datasheet?
As long as I’m asking, what is the on amp draw and how labled in data sheet

voltage drop off at 5ma shows at 1.36v so the specs that you are looking at should not be any issue , yes this has a input to output isolation. at the specs you have you do not get close to the rated cut off listed in the datasheet.
