Reattaching solder pads to a PCB T4071558

Hi @DigiKey_Internal,

I had a phone call from a customer who is looking to glue down a lifted pad on a PCB. He will eventually need to re-solder to this lifted pad.

Does a temperature resistant glue/epoxy exist for this purpose?

  1. Clean the area with either a swab saturated with a solvent cleaner like isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or a Flux Remover Pen.
  2. Apply the mixed conductive epoxy under the pad with the supplied plastic pick.
  3. Press down the pad.
  4. Allow the epoxy to fully cure before soldering to the pad.
