Adhesive for Electrolytic Capacitors

I’m looking for a product to glue electrolytic to PCB. Does DigiKey carry such a product? This will be used for repairs of a few boards, nothing large scale. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hello Kajetan321 and welcome to the forum.

The closest thing I can think of is solder paste and a heat gun. Somthing like KE1507-ND.

If you want to avoid a heat gun you could use a conductive epoxy as well.

Hi Michael, I think we misunderstood each other.

The capacitors are leaded components that will be soldered through holes in PCB. The adhesive is needed to prevent the capacitor vibrating (the leads acting like a spring) and moving around when device is subject to external forces. I’m looking for something like DOW CORNING 744 WHITE Adhesive, RTV Silicone or WACKER Silicone Adhesive Sealants (WACKER Silicone Adhesive Sealants - Intertronics)

Cheers,
Kajetan
