I’m wondering if there is a recommended heatsink for a FHR4V-0R0033F1 resistor to achieve its rating.

Unfortunately I do not see a recommended heat sink for this part, just the power rating notes on page 2 of this datasheet.
Does this fit any standard package sizes? I’m not familiar with them eg does having 4 pins make it compatible with a 4 dip heatsink?
The package drawing indicates the device pins are in a single row, which would preclude compatibility with a heatsink designed for dual inline packages.
Devices of the type commonly leave mechanical/thermal issues up to the user, because the variability of application constraints makes it difficult/impossible to speculatively design one that has a reasonable chance of selling.
