Is it possible to capture a drawing and reproduce it 4 times over or will I have to redraw the same 3 more times?

Copy and Paste does work for me. Should be a drag to select > Copy > Paste > Move selection.
If it isn’t working for you try a different browser of incognito window to have a fresh session.
Another way to copy/duplicate in Scheme-it is to select the part(s) of the schematic you would like to copy and hold the CTRL key while clicking and dragging the selected items.
