The only other board I was able to find that has a Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetometer and utilizes the BNO086 is 1888-BNO086DEVKIT-ND but because it is not SparkFun it will not utilize Qwiic Interconnect system. I did find a couple other options that have the Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Magnetometer function and use Qwiic platform but they do not utilize the BNO086, these options can be found HERE. Hopefully this helps but let us know if you have any further questions.
While the Sparkfun VR IMU uses the BNO086, it is a drop in replacement for the BNO085. The features that the BNO086 offers over the BNO085 are 14-bit accelerometer fusion, reduced idle state power and Interactive Calibration.
The BNO085 could be used in the interim while waiting for the BNO086 IMU to become available.
Adafruit has 1528-4754-ND as an available option.

There is a breakout board from Adafruit Industries LLC, 1528-1426-ND.
Please verify with the datasheets.
