I am looking for a direct replacement to part number 0923152020, which now appears to be obsolete.

The part is not obsolete, but instead is available to order and has a MOQ of 1000. The part is listed as active on the manufacture’s site.
I removed the previous provided part was not a cross for the part that you are looking for. For the part that you are looking for I do not see that there is a cross. The only assembly would be the 0923152015 which is a shorter length.
