The green resistor is a 2.2ohm 5% I need to replace in a receiver. Is the replacement in the tape the right wattage? I think 1/6 watt
Unfortunately, size is not a very reliable indication of power ratings for through-hole resistor products, as shown in figure 15 here.
The ideal solution is to develop sufficient understanding of the circuit to estimate the power dissipation requirement of the item, and choose accordingly. I don’t particularly care for the guess-and-try alternative, since telling the difference between an under-specified replacement and failing to correct the initial cause of the failure can be difficult.

There is no way to tell the wattage value from picture.
I recommend using higher wattage resistor if you are not able to determine the wattage requirement from your board.
220 Options 1-4 watts.
