Help identifying resistor

I need help identifying the resistor in this picture. Its the one in the middle. I figured out that its 910 ohms from the bands on it, which are white, brown, brown, and gold. I think its 1 watt resistance and +/- 5% tolerance. Its on a board for a GE timer switch.

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

You’ve pretty much already identified it. Passive components, like resistors and capacitors, don’t require replacement with the exact model of part. As long as they are similar in size, any 910 ohm, 5%, 1W axial resistor should work. For example, this resistor appears to have the same specs and should fit your application. The biggest possible issue I see is whether they are the same size. It’s a little hard to determine the size of yours just by the picture.

Good luck!

Thank you for your help. I think I found the correct resistor once I confirm the measurements.
