I’m trying to source raw material to make enough of at least three of the drawing below. Could you help me understand what size needs to be ordered and what we need.

I don’t see that we have any at 0.250" thickness in stock of the Eccosorb MF or MFS.
The closest sheet is the 12" by 12" at that thickness such as 21157173 and 21164173 but these are non stocking items.

Note that the MF material is described as rigid/machinable stock,while the MFS is said to be flexible/elastomeric. They’re unlikely to be interchangeable.
Also, the datasheet indicates multiple variants within the MF series materials with different properties; identifying the specific material subtype within the series that is desired would seem important from an application perspective and needful for identifying an orderable part number.

We are looking specifically for ECCOSORB MF-190.
The manufacturer’s product page suggests that 21133173 would be the manufacturer part number for a 1/4" sheet of the MF-190 material.
This would need to be ordered as a non-catalog item, as it not currently among the DigiKey listings. A sales rep would be able to assist with that if you like, but in all honesty it may be to your greater convenience to seek supply via one of the other listed distributors who already have the item among their product listings.
